Small series manufacturing of PowerCache® industrial battery energy storage systems at PowerTec leverages digital technologies and swift in-house decision-making to flexibly meet customer requirements and foster product evolution.

All manufacturing (except sheet metal work) is carried out in-house. This includes (clockwise from top left): the creation of the raw cabinet, the Body-in-White, the electrical fit-out, and the final product with customer livery, ready and tested. All these stages are captured in photos taken simultaneously, showcasing the seamless workflow.
